Since 1956, Union Tool and Mold Company have provided high quality mold building and molding services to our customers. It is our nearly 50 years of commitment to quality and customer service that has enabled us to grow and develop long term relationships with our clients.

Union Tool and Mold Company is a family owned business that started its operations in Kenilworth, NJ. In 1964 we moved to a larger facility in Union, NJ, then moved again to our current location in Maplewood, NJ in 1984. In 1998, we completed a 10,000 square foot addition to the building. This facility houses the mold making operation as well as the plastic molding operation and all of the administration. Twenty-five employees work in the manufacturing and office areas.

Union Tool and Mold has two missions. One is to design and build molds for the plastic and die casting industry, and the second is to be a manufacturer of plastic parts.

For the mold building business, the company has complete in-house capabilities, including computer aided design and manufacturing systems, the latest CNC EDM equipment, CNC machining centers, and all equipment required for a precision toolroom.

Union Tool and Mold Company designs and builds new molds and dies and excels in repair and maintenance when short turn around time is required. Our molds are truly "Designed and Built for Manufacturing".
